Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data requirements into clear visual reports.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting systems.
- Create documentation for data pipelines and analytical models to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic coding knowledge (Python or R is a strong plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Wichita, KS with assistance provided.
