Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Assist in the creation of interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data queries.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems logically.
