Responsibilities

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide actionable reports.
- Assist in the development of dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document data processes and maintain clear records of data sources and methodologies.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, Aggregations) and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Florida (assistance provided) or currently residing in Illinois.
