Responsibilities
- Data Management: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analysis: Support the senior data team in performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, processes, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL queries is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
