Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical recommendations for product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data tracking solutions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation best practices
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
