Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Generate regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Document data processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Basic understanding of Python or R is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
