Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure it is clean, structured, and ready for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform descriptive and predictive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise weekly and monthly reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company's data warehouse systems to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
- Attitude: Eagerness to learn new technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
