Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Assist in data quality initiatives including cleansing, validation, and documentation
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise written and verbal communications
- Continuously improve analytical methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional data analysis experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to relocate to Omaha, NE with relocation assistance eligibility
