Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform detailed analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and non-technical teams.
- SQL & Database Support: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve specific data sets efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or Excel is a strong plus. We provide training.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to business partners.
- Relocation Eligibility: Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX. Relocation package included.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data and reporting.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying data-related issues and solutions.
