Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Generate Reports: Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Support Analysis: Work closely with senior analysts to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain Data Systems: Help maintain and update our databases, ensuring data is stored securely and organized logically.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Track Performance: Monitor business metrics and report on project progress to management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business) preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with basic statistics or data concepts is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required. Experience with SQL or Python is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot patterns in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical teams.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Portland, Texas (we provide assistance).
