Responsibilities
- Execute Data Analysis: Clean, validate, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to support critical business decisions.
- Visualize Data: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and present trends to stakeholders.
- Support Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses that drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure Data Quality: Conduct data audits and implement best practices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data sources.
- Research: Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying databases and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables). Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, spot patterns, and solve problems logically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
