Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Support the creation of interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to support business reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Maintain and update existing data models and documentation.
- Generate regular performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Familiarity with basic SQL queries and database concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated learner with a passion for technology and data.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
