Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity.
- Dashboard Development: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key business metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on data accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts). Familiarity with SQL or Python is a bonus but not mandatory.
