Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Support the senior analytics team in generating regular performance reports and dashboards.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about data.
- Willingness to relocate to California (Relocation Assistance provided).
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus, but training will be provided.
