Responsibilities
- Collect and organize raw data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist senior analysts in cleaning and preprocessing data using SQL and Excel.
- Develop basic visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to present data findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate records of data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data tasks.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and statistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new software tools and technologies quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
