Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Prepare clear, concise, and actionable business reports for the management team.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality processes and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a final year).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We value academic performance and passion.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
- Programming: Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not required for the initial phase.
