Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Support Dashboard Creation: Work with the team to build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct Basic Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Prepare Reporting: Generate standard reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Learn & Adapt: Participate in training sessions to master SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required; knowledge of SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and validity.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: A proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
