Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data sets to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist senior analysts in creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Excel.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in business data.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Maintain and update our internal databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Math, Statistics, Business, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong advantage.
- Aptitude for learning new data tools and technologies quickly.
- Must be located in or willing to work in Long Beach, FL.
