Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop clear, visual reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can drive business decisions.
- Database Maintenance: Support the engineering team by maintaining database integrity and assisting with data entry tasks.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Communicate complex data insights to non-technical team members in a simple and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL queries is a strong plus but not required for the initial role.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems logically.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to others.
