Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data from various internal and external sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of basic data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to help drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with the senior data team to understand complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Participate in data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Document data processes and analysis methods for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
