Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI to present findings to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing business metrics and operational data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies for team reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, WHERE clauses).
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
