Responsibilities
- Support Data Infrastructure: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Develop Visualizations: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and trends.
- Perform Statistical Analysis: Conduct A/B testing and regression analysis to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data efficiently and troubleshoot data issues.
- Report Generation: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports that summarize findings and recommend strategic actions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to understand their data needs and requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Analytics Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when handling large datasets.
