Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to support business growth.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed, clear, and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data requirements and provide technical support.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to retrieve specific data sets needed for analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Milwaukee, WI, with assistance provided.
