Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate findings and ensure data integrity.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new data collection methods and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts (e.g., SELECT, JOINs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
