Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of datasets to ensure high data quality.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior.
- Create clear, concise reports and visual presentations for management.
- Support the data migration process for new software implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn SQL and Python (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote training.
