In this role, you will work closely with our senior analytics team to gather, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets. You will play a key role in translating complex data into actionable business insights that drive decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data projects.
- Support the maintenance of our data warehouse and database systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Document data processes and maintain clear, organized data documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn SQL queries.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
