Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering data from various sources and ensure datasets are accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis.
- Reporting: Create basic reports and dashboards to track business performance and key metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical tests and trend analysis to help management make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong logical reasoning and a keen eye for spotting errors in data.
- Tools: Familiarity with SQL or Python is a bonus but not required.
