Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Report Generation: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Support Senior Analysts: Collaborate with senior team members to support complex data modeling projects and market research initiatives.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within data to help the company make informed strategic decisions.
- Data Integrity: Maintain strict data governance protocols to ensure the highest level of data quality and security.
- Process Improvement: Propose data-driven solutions to optimize existing business workflows and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems using quantitative methods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
