Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create clear, compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Excel and Tableau.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the maintenance of our customer database and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
- Document data processes and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data sets.
- Basic understanding of SQL or a willingness to learn database querying languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical teams.
- High level of organization and time management.
