Responsibilities
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Create clear, actionable dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of company databases and reporting systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analytics trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and methodologies quickly.
