- Analyze equity options market data to identify trading opportunities
- Maintain and update options pricing models using Excel and SQL
- Prepare daily reports on options volume and volatility trends
- Collaborate with traders to support hedging strategies
- Validate accuracy of options chain data across multiple platforms
- Assist in developing automated alerts for unusual market activity
- Document processes for compliance and audit purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Basic understanding of options Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega)
- Strong attention to detail with data validation skills
- Ability to learn financial software quickly (Bloomberg, Reuters)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
