Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Create Reports: Develop basic reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the management team.
- Support Business Intelligence: Work with the senior team to identify trends and patterns that can help drive business strategy.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data is organized and accessible.
- Collaboration: Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Documentation: Document data processes and analysis methodologies to ensure consistency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data modeling.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting (Python/R) is a plus but not required.
