Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean, organize, and format it for analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards (using tools like Tableau or PowerBI) to track business performance and KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis on datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand data needs and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and solve problems.
