Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Prepare and present data reports to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in database management and data quality assurance tasks.
- Monitor data accuracy and report any anomalies to the data engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Basic understanding of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
