Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Assist in designing A/B tests and measuring campaign performance metrics
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support data-driven initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with data analysis or internships
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic knowledge of Python/R for data manipulation preferred
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
