Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and storytelling
- Support data quality initiatives including cleansing, validation, and documentation
- Assist in developing predictive models using statistical analysis techniques
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (2023 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ data analysis projects (GitHub or personal website)
