Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize structured/unstructured datasets using Excel and SQL
- Create basic data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Identify data trends and anomalies to support business decisions
- Collaborate with senior analysts to document data processes
- Participate in cross-departmental data initiatives
- Complete quarterly skill development modules
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL
