Responsibilities
- Clean, preprocess, and organize large datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create visual reports and dashboards to communicate key findings
- Assist in developing automated data pipelines for efficiency
- Collaborate with senior analysts to identify trends and patterns
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance tracking
- Document methodologies and maintain data integrity standards
- Present simplified insights to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly with minimal supervision
- Portfolio of academic/personal data projects (bonus)
