Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Assist in developing automated reporting systems to track KPIs and operational metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support data-driven campaign optimization
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings in clear technical documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings within an Agile environment
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide preliminary analysis for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify data anomalies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn new technologies
