Responsibilities
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data collection improvements
- Present insights to senior leadership through clear, concise data storytelling
- Document analytical processes and maintain data quality standards
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with relevant coursework in statistics, mathematics, or business
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts simply
