Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for real-time monitoring
- Assist in designing A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences
- Document data processes and ensure data quality standards are met
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python (pandas, numpy)
