Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources using SQL and Excel
- Create visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate trends
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Identify data anomalies and collaborate on root cause analysis
- Support A/B testing initiatives for product optimization
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical team members in clear, concise formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database structures
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
