Responsibilities
- Clean, preprocess, and organize large datasets using Excel and SQL
- Create basic data visualizations and reports for stakeholder presentations
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior datasets
- Assist in developing automated reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with senior analysts on business intelligence projects
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using clear storytelling
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
