Responsibilities
- Clean, process, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patterns
- Create compelling data visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Assist in A/B testing design and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Python or R (preferred but not required)
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects (GitHub, Tableau Public)
