Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations for business decisions
- Develop automated reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain data integrity and quality standards
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in team environments
