Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI
- Identify trends and anomalies to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Automate data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
