As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will be trained on industry-standard tools and methodologies. You will support senior analysts in data collection, cleaning, and visualization, directly contributing to the insights that power our clients' decisions.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical tests and trend analysis to identify patterns and anomalies in data.
- Reporting: Generate clear, concise, and actionable weekly or monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) is a plus; training will be provided.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Software: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is preferred but not mandatory.
