Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Generate monthly performance reports for key stakeholders
- Identify data anomalies and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
- Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in clear business terms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of data analysis or internship experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
