- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various internal and external sources and ensure accuracy through rigorous cleaning and preprocessing.
- Dashboard Creation: Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract specific datasets required for analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a plus.
