Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patterns
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define data requirements and deliver insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards
- Assist in implementing data models and optimizing database structures for efficiency
- Document analysis processes and maintain data quality standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with strong time management in remote work environments
